Shipping is not available, only pick-up or local delivery are available. At check-out you will be able to let Natty's know a date to pick-up your order, or it can be delivered if it's within 30 minute driving proximity from Old Bridge, NJ.  $10 delivery fee for delivery option.  Once your order is placed, please set a date for pick-up or delivery of your order that is at least 5 days from the date of purchase, and that you can write in under Special Instructions at check-out.

Please note, for cupcakes or cakes that require a fondant image cake topper, please allow 14 days from the date of purchase for the item to be completed and ready for pickup or delivery.

No, Natty's does not have a store, as it is a home-based business.

All purchases must be paid in full at time of purchase.

Due to the delicate nature of our treats, and the fact that they are edible, no returns or exchanges are available.  

YES!  Natty's can create any and all of my treats to be free from gluten, eggs, or nuts  to accommodate any food allergies. There are extra charges for gluten-free and egg-free products.  These can be added on at the time you select your product at check-out.  Natty's does not use any ingredients made from nuts in the recipes, however, some ingredients in candy decor (such as candy eyes, candy ears, candy bees) are processed in plants that also process nuts.  PLEASE INFORM NATTY at check-out if you would like me to make a recipe fully free from ingredients that are processed in plants that also process nut products. There is a box where you can leave me your special instructions at check-out.
